each calendar month, outside this arrangement they will have to purchase a day ticket.

The bridge is currently open so access is as normal, how long for I don't know.

Three anglers had to have their fishing curtailed today for using artificial lures.
It's not my idea of a fun time or yours.

The cable works are due to start on Monday 5th of January for 14 weeks, this takes the works well beyond the end of the coarse season so will greatly impact the lower end of the fishery.
They are installing a cable under the river by the bridge then heading west along Kent Lane.
Access to the gate by the bridge may possibly be accessed if you liaise with the operatives and explain where you would like to get to.
I MUST stress that access may not be granted so please accept that decision and be polite and courteous to the staff there.
